distressing birthday!!

just for a change i have used the fab sketch over on xmas and birthday cards challenge, for a birthday card , for one of lewis`s school friends~was going to do a xmas card as well but time has just gone by so quickly!!
also thought i would do a bit of distressing when i saw the challege on ABC ~D is for distressing!!
used this fab stamp from whiff of joy, magnolia wall stamp, quickutz balloons, candle and present dies, cuttlebug birthday embossing folder (once done rubbed blue ink over the top), nestabilities recangles and pinking circles (all with inked edges), used a chipboard number five , sponged it blue and added some glitter around the edges~ ribbon and thread from my stash.
