on the pennyblack saturday challenge this week the theme is not a card but an ATC!! so here is mine ~used two stamps from the "bubbly ~ t is transparent" set ~blue hand made paper (which i thought looked like water marks) , and some glitter!sorry i have not been around for a few days ~i do hope to catch up with you all today/tomorrow
