away in the manger......

today i am showing ~yes another christmas card ~just love these lili of the valley stamps , they are just soooooooooooo cute!!!
used the fab sketch over on CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS#82
CHRISTMAS BLOG (WINTER WONDERLAND) ~ "GIVE IT A VINTAGE LOOK"

used basic grey and papermania papers, liliof the valley xmas stamp, martha stewart corner punch, elzybels wording stamp, quickutz poinsettia dies. glitter and gems from my stash.



below is a pic of my two boys, (lewis ~ being silly~ ) ~ aaron (13) has now started back at school after us taking him out of his old school back in May, as he was being badly bullied ~he started a new school yesterday(thursday) and just loves it!!! worth all the travelling and buying new uniform etc ~just to see him smile again!! ~so proud of him facing a new school and being with lots of new teenagers, new routines etc!!!

    such an adorable nativity card - I love the LOTV stamps too but haven't got this one .. .. yet! and great that Aaron is enjoying his new school, you must be so relieved and happy.

    What a beautfiul adorable nativity card! YOu did an amazing job on it. Beautiful colors, pattern paper, adn embellishing.

    Your boys are so cute. I am so thirlled that Aaron loves his new school and it sounds like all is going to be well with his school year. I know you are so happy and proud of him!!

    Gorgeous card Vanessa and your kids are so cute. Hope all goes well for Aaron and he settles in nicely. He has that exact same smile as my Daniel.

    gorgeous card, I love this image and have it, not the easiest to colour lol...
    Nice pic of your boys, hope your little chap is happy in his new school , we changed Sam at 7 and it's the best thing we ever did, he is now at the same school in the 6form doing A levels.

    wow fab card so glad A is happier at his new school.

    The song is from the levelling the land album in 1990/91 so I was 15/16 and a little indie chick.

    that is one of my all time bugs...I hate Bullies in any shape or form and was badly bullied at school myself...good for you for doing something about your sons bullying Vanessa...Im so pleased he likes his new school tell him hes a very brave fella from me please...I love that LOTV image on your gorgeous christmas card too
