this card is for my nephew, just to say hi and send him big hugs from England, to him in California, USA  ..as my brother Vern is still laying in an medically induced coma after being hit by a truck while riding home on his Vespa, on the 24th May..it has been another week of ups and downs ..having updates from my SIL every day .. another two surgery`s for his broken bones , being put on dialysis, high temperature and fluid on the lung, to name a few..... just need more prayers and healing thoughts, for my family and the surgeons and all the hopital staff who are caring for him 24/7 ..
