today i am showing a condolence card for a family member after a sad passing of a loved one. Reg will be sadly missed, i am so glad a few years ago i was able to revisit him, with my family, while we were on holiday.

well the boys are back to school today and paul is back to work..had a great weekend with all the family over..but it is nice to have the space and a little quiet time today.

well at last...... for the first time in over a week i have been able to sit down and have made a card....kept it simple as still in pain, and it is a week since i saw the doctor and was given those enormous tablets, even a horse would have problems swollowing them!!!LOL!

below is a picture taken today by my husband of our son aaron and his cousin maki (who is visiting us), at THE ANCIENT TECHNOLOGY CENTRE in Cranborne, Dorset ~ a day for all the family ~a multi period farmstead with lots of activities, from fire making to story telling in the earth house~fun was had by all ~we will be going back soon for some viking and also stone age events

sorry i have not been around (if you follow me on facebook thankyou for your kind words and e-mails) ~but that sprained wrist that started about 10 days ago has turned out to be a little more serious.....i have damaged my C7 VERTEBREA in my neck, i woke friday morning unable to move my neck, still pain in my wrist, arm, shoulder, but my right hand were swollen, so a trip to the doctor
... he knew straight way.. clever those doctors.... so please forgive me for little craft and blogging over the next few weeks..but as you can imagine i am in a lot of pain when using my right arm/hand etc.

hope you have a good week ~the children here in england have the week off school and also my husband paul has the week off work.........

for all the chocolate in the world.

baby picture frame..very long post today

well some thing very different from me today........ a picture frame for a baby picture. my mum asked me (before we all were ill with the tummy bug) if i could make a frame for a friend, as a present, who has just become a grandmother to Emma , it is to go into one of those glass frames with no edges ( does that make sense?) - just glass front, frameless.

well now feeling better i thought i had better get started before the baby has it`s first birthday.....so cut out the paper to size and cut around (leaving a little edge) a photo of mine to get the size of a "normal photo" in the middle for my mums friend to put a photo.

think this maybe a long post , so please sit down with a cup of tea!!!

well today is my fathers birthday...getting closer to his 80th ..and up until last year was fitter than me!!! we all had a good sunday party tea ...only one candle to blow out!!LOL!!........ lewis had a bit of the sniffles and didn`t even what a piece of birthday cake , but then at about midnight, woke wanting a drink of water and was soooooooooooooooooo sick all over the bed , pjs and ..well just everywhere.......so a long day ahead doing tons of washing and playing nurse, not the best start to the week ~ delights of motherhood i guess
