good morning to you all, yes another card using a sandra kuck image (just love them)~todays card is for a friend of my mums (yes another ask from my mum "can you do me a quick card , i`ll pick it up tomorrow, dear") who is in hospital and loves angels.
used the fab sketch over on SKETCH AND STASH#36 (link on my side bar)~ used this new image, and crafty individuals paper (was trying to be too quick and have put the paper on upside down!!), also not used this popcorn the bear wording before either.
also used nestabilities labels, quickutz swirls and flowers from my stash.

hope you are having a good week, myself and Aaron are going to look round a new school today and another one tomorrow ~ fingers crossed we find a school we like and also can get a place (all the good schools have waiting lists)

what amazing weather we have had this weekend, Aaron had a wonderful 13th birthday weekend ~family over on saturday ~and paul took him and two friends to see ironman at the cinema ,followed with pizza, yesterday!!(real boys day)!!

for this weeks challenge C ~ IS FOR CHOCOLATE COLOURS ~ used some paper from my stash, elzybells just desserts word and cookie stamps. (see my finger smudged the lettering )

a baby is a blessing

today i am showing a "baby" card i have made for my brother/sister~in~law, who are expecting their first new addition to the family very soon, (i jump every time the phone goes, i case it`s "the" call.) you may think strange colours for a baby card ~but thought i would choose the colours of the nursery ~ not your average nursery ~ my SIL has painted murals all over the walls~with trees and birds/cuddly animals ~ back in the USA that was her prefered work~ they are a house of artists. if you follow me on facebook, there is a link to my SIL allison, where you can see the pics.
anyway on to the card, i`ll stop my waffling now.

well here we are again ~monday morning and a new sketch over on http://christmasandbirthdaycards.blogspot.com/ . todays fab sketch#62 has been created by GEORGIA. had to really think about this one, scratched my head a few times !! then a light bulb moment ~ the free stamp from craft stamper had just arrived ~just perfect i thought!! stamped it many times on card and vellum to make each flower.

used some K&CO paper, nestabilities rectangle die, free stamp from CS mag, hero stamp word stamp, various buttons, leaves and ribbon from my stash ~finished with a little glitter.

thought i would show a pic (below) of lewis holding "barnerby" the bear from his school ~who has been living with us for the last week ~and "mummy" has had to write a dairy and take photos ~lewis has taken that back to school today after the bank holiday.
