well i know i wasn`t going to make any Christmas cards this year .. am on a crafting break but i thought i would make my Brother a  8 x8 card, that he can look at while still in hospital..

used the sketch over on SWEET SKETCH WEDNESDAY 2 #35

used Imagine That winter fun paper and "B" die cut, nestabilies label dies, memory box snowflake border and bauble dies, card candy, silver ribbon and thread from my stash , finsihed with a little stickles glitter.

below is a xmas card my mum has asked me to make for her hairdresser... so that is two card i have made!! used this wonderful saturated canary image and coloured with promarkers and spectrum noirs.

below is the back of the card

Now onto my trip over to California to see my brother , it is now six months since his you can see he is now breathing by himself, and we enjoyed a week of chat , and watched him have physio and speech therapy ..his long time memory is amazing ..but he still doesn`t understand what has happened to him..or that he now lives in America.. this  can be very upsetting for his wife...

this is the first time i met my brother , (after our 24 hour journey from England) he recognised me, with my husband and my nephew and niece ..i was able to wheel my brother out to this room (above), so we could all be together..
........and below in his room ..after spending 10 days with him, he is even waving here ...

my Brother is making slow progress, but amazing progress , what a fighter ... the next big step is looking for a kidney donor,as the medication he was given while in a coma has stopped his kidneys from working, so still having dialysis three times week ..
i am so very greatful that he is still with us, prayers and healing thoughts are still very much appreciated .. XX THANKYOU XX
