enjoy!

today i am showing a birthday card i made for my nextdoor neighbour, she was 30 yesterday (hope she doesn`t mind me saying!!) made (or should i say created) on a little bit of space on my lounge floor (not covered in paint, boxes etc from the decorating!)

used the fab sketch over on SUNDAY SKETCH AND STAMP ~#31
ONE STOP CRAFT~#86 ~" colour combo ~ pink and brown"

used this rubber romance stamp hidden away and never used (gosh she was fab to colour and all that glitter i could use!!), dovecraft papers, stampin`up punch and circle words stamp, studio word stamp and finished with as much stickles glitter as possible!!

hope you are enjoying the good weather ~ i for one have been inside decorating ~don`t mind as the room is coming together slowly ~wall paper went up yesterday ~my dad is just the best , i can paste like a good`un now~ but like many people suffer with hayfever, so being inside is the best place to be!!...today second coat of paint on couple of the walls...but after that boxing up all my craft stuff...what will i do????? answers on a postcard please!!!!

i have used some K&CO papers, kraftin` kimmie stamps, rubber romance background stamp, nestabilities circles, sizzix corner dies and cardcraft card candy, finished with plenty of glitter and loads of different flowers/ leaves.

happy anniversary

sorry i have not been around but i have been decorating ~ well that was the plan ~decided to strip one wall in our lounge/dinner ~has taken all week ~ as who ever the builder/decorator of this house was put up woodchip wallpaper on chipboard ~with no plaster , who doesn`t plaster walls????? so it is a very slow progress inch by inch ~had to take wednesday off as my right hand was so swollen and felt like cat tom`s hand after being hit by a spade by jerry mouse (in the cartoon) ~so today i am going to finish that wall ~what ever!!! ~no pain no gain!! just the top left hand corner to complete!!
anyway , in the madness, my mother asked me to make an anniversary card for some dear friends of hers, as my parents are going to their party this weekend ~luckly my MIL had this kanban image/card i could use (as my craft stuff is hidden behind furniture/and all the lounge clutter) ~used the fab sketch over on SWEET SKETCH WEDNESDAY#55 ~ i have turned the sketch on it`s side!! added ribbon, glitter, stickers and pearls

time to get lunch box/school uniform together before lewis gets up. have lewis`s school summer bbq this evening with the new class lists up for next september. also have to get organised for aarons appeal for a new school, hope he could be back in education in september (but looks unlikely!! as been told the appeal will not be heard until then!!)

was great to be crafting again ~but have a bad headache today (cannot wait until my glasses are ready to wear)~although my eyes are not the reason for my recent migraines ~needing glasses probably didn`t help!! hope that means i can get back blogging again soon too!

yesterday we visited my brother and family, and had a cuddle with the new member of our family ~Justine ~my sweet niece , now 10days old!!
