yes another christmas card today......am so far behind......really have to now start on my family cards, so the boxed cards will now be sent (haven`t done that for a few years) ~this card is for my hairdresser, so kept it simple, althought cutting out that triangle at the top right hand corner caused me no ends of problems with cutting the correct angle for card/paper!! LOL! also no flowers etc, he just isn`t the type~although thought this llewelyn~bowen paper was ~soooooooooo him!!

well here we are MONDAY MORNING again and time for a new challenge on CREATIVE STAMP FRIENDS (link on side left bar) ~cannot believe we are on challenge #13 ~which is something a little different ~PACKAGES ~so boxes, folders, bags etc.

i have gone for a gift bag ~ COOPS one of my new blogging friends, very kindly sent me a pack of these lunch bags, as i had seen one on her blog and loved it!! was going to make a tag and card to go with it but feeling a little under the weather at the moment ~so will finish it when i`m up and about!!




used papermania xmas paper, magnolia tilda, tree and package stamps, stampin`up scalloped edged punch and some card candy. coloured with promarkers ~getting to grips with them a bit more now ~have ordered a few more colours!!

well of to the doctors this morning , the antibiotics i was given on wednesday have made me feel quite sick~ but guess it is doing it`s job!!( i will find out today)

my DH paul has the day off, planned months ago, as we were going to have a day in southampton xmas shopping, just the two of us, which never happens .. and guess what?? it is not going to happen today either, so guess we will have to order the pressies on line .. not really the same is it??

.. i will keep at it for a bit longer before i give up... think maybe i need some more colours and the blending pen!! (with water colours you can mix the colours you have, to get the correct colour)

forgot how much i love this magnolia tilda and fir tree stamp ( not seen the light of day for a least a year!!) also used some more papermania a silent night papers (just love the shiny gold),elzybells wording, nestabilities oval dies, quickutz poinsettia die, stampin`up scallop edged punch, gold pen used around the vellum and lamp, some stickles glitter and white soft stuff.

ps ~asking lewis (6) if he had a good day at school yesterday he replied ~"no the worst ever" oh dear i thought what has happened looking at his frown and crossed arms ~" pudsey bear was there, came in his stupid helicopter, waving and everyone shouting...... and i have to be on telly ~just hate it all" ~i guess we won`t be watching CHILDREN IN NEED tonight on the BBC ~just in case we get a second glimse if our grumpy six year old!! .. but i am sure the grandparents will be watching every second just in case!!..oh gosh just thought he has to wear spotty clothes today to school..oh that is going to go down sooooooooooo well!!!! wish me luck!!
