seasons greetings

well today i am showing a christmas card i made for our next door neighbours little daughter (yes i thought it was time i started to make christmas cards for family and close friends )
this fitted in wonderfully with the challenge over on LILI OF THE VALLEY (link on my side bar), as their challenge this week is "a christmas card for a child" ~and just love this stamp!!... think ted looks fab decoupaged!!!
for this card i followed the wonderful sketch over on FRIDAY SKETCHERS.

think you may need to click on the pic to get a close up of my detail, including the embossed vellum (on the main pic)~ which is just not showing up with my fab photography skills!!
used lili of the valley ~teddy holding star stamp, dovecraft xmas blues paper, cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder on white vellum, nestabilities oval dies, quickutz nesting flowers, circle tag and photo corner dies, cuddly buddly circle saying, and ribbons from my stash (just love the large glitter ribbon i got from a craft show last year and just never used it)~finished with lots of sparkle!!!

Hi Vanessa, hope you and family are all ok. You have made some lovely christmas cards for sure. I love that mices one :D. very cute, I don't think I have seen that stamp. Perhaps I just have not been looking! This bear one is also very sweet and the partridge in a pear tree is inspired. Lovely quality work as always. I also hope for you that things are back to some kind of normality by Christmas, I will keep my fingers crossed. Lots of love ~ ChrissyX
