for my card i used some scrummy K&co papers (inside and out), tilda and edwin, birds, flowers/grass magnolia stamps, elzybells wording outside and personal impressions inside (who forgot a pic??), quickutz swirls and butterfly, flowers and ribbon from my stash. finished with some glitter.

thought i would show you the card from different angles (but forgot one of the inside)

as you may have seen my blog has taken a new look!! well it has been the same for two years now, ~yes two years ~ so thought i needed a change... took hours and nearly a divorce to get the header wrong!! (yes couldn`t get it the right size) ~then i found this fab blogger backgound changer (you know what i mean) ~and took me a few clicks and i did it on my own!! my husband still keeps looking at me with a frown and that look of "oh women and computers.. and that d*m blog!!!)

today i am showing another thankyou card using edwin ~this is my new one ~oh just love him!! reminds me of my lewis so much!!(ofcause lewis has a nose and mouth!!)

used K&co paper, magnolia edwin, quickutz sirls, nestabilities rectangles, see d`s wording and snag`em stamp (which i used with the wording in brown ink,so hard to see in pic)

aarons problems have got worse at school and had to speak to the police about the bullying etc ~i think now is the time to change to a understanding and caring enviroment ~so aaron can get down to sudying and not worrying if he is going to be attacked (it is now making him ill) ~so if anyone has any advice would love to hear from you!!

Q for queen

today i am showing an ATC following the ALPHABET CHALLENGE ~"Q is for queen" and MY TIME TO CRAFT~"in the frame"..... have added a question mark as well..found "Q" a little more difficult to add to this ATC!.. and thought red and gold was very regal!!
used rectangle nestabilities, sizzix alphabet and bang on the door stamp.

sorry i`ve not been about, but my boys have had a terrible tummy bug ~so plenty of dettol, hand spray and lots and lots of washing!!.. and had to cancel lewis`s birthday party ;~(

used brenda pinnick paper, edwin sitting and cake by magnolia, nestabilities circle dies, stampin`up punch, see d`s word stamp and button/thread from my stash.

thought i would share a picture of lewis on his 6th birthday ~with mario cake and t-shirt!!

used quickutz thankyou and present die, also used nestabilities rectangle die, cuttlebug swiss dot and dots and spots embossing folders!!

sorry still not having time to blog/craft with it being half term etc!

P is for pink

over on ALPHABET CHALLENGE the letter is "P is for pink" ~so here is my ATC following that challenge!!.. also "p" is for postcard, pink pen, postage stamp, postmark, pink photo corners and pink pearls!! ~how about that on one little ATC!!

used kanban paper, sizzix letter Pp and pen, quickutz photocorners, cuttlebug floral fantasy embossing folder, postcard and pearls from my stash.

for my christmas card i have used K&CO papers, belles`n whistles ~the christmas door stamp, quickutz swirls, dovecraft wording and flowers from my stash ~as always finished with glitter.

today i am showing another birthday card for my son lewis who will be 6 next weekend ~gosh how time flies ~ seems only yesterday!! like me lewis loves chocolate and wants lots of balloons at his party!!
used the fab sketch over on SWEET SKETCH and also followed the challenge over on QUIXOTIC~the theme being "tag it".
used different basicgrey papers, ollyfant boy stamp, magnolia chocolate goodies stamp, popcorn the bear ballon stamps, all embelishments are from basic grey


thankyou for your kind words about my son aaron ~we are now thinking of moving him to another school (if we can find a space)

sorry i have not been around this week visiting your blogs ~but still having big problems with bullying at aarons school, even after he was beaten up, the school seem helpless or hopeless ~it is really taken up of all my time trying to sort. so frustrating and heart breaking

well today i am showing a xmas card ~yes good to get in early i say!!

used my new elusive images angel of joy stamp set, K& CO papers ,cuttlebug script embossing folder on red vellum and lots and lots of glitter ~which is not showing up on the photo!!

today i am showing another man card, another for my DH, i have made for the boys to give their dad on his birthday ~ using the fab sketch over on SKETCH AND STAMP ( using some new /unused stash) and also following the challenge on CUTE CARD ~"spots and dots".(links on side bar)

used my new (one of my touchy not to use papers) fancy pants sweet spring and dovecraft papers, lilli of the valley stamp, nestabilities circle dies and hidden at the back of the die cupboard and never used sizzix graffiti alphabet dies. not used basicgrey buttons and thread from my stash.

have a puurfect birthday ~DH

today i am showing a birthday card i have made for my DH~using the wonderful sketch over on FRIDAY SKETCHERS and following the challenge on PENNY BLACK~ "special someone" (link on sidebar)

used some new papers i have just received by brenda pinnick, this fab pennyblack image (stamped for me by my crafting friend jo) and also the clear pennyblack stamps, sizzix leaves , flowers and brad from my stash ~ finnished with a little glitter.

also today i would like to say what wonderful service i received from a new webstore in the USA i have just used. been after these stamps for ages ~so took the plunge and ordered a few (about 8 altogether) from http://www.rubbernecker.com/ ~fab prices and also purchase $20 (about £13) of stamps and get a free stamp of your choice ~also goes up to 2 free stamps with $50. dave the store owner takes paypal for over seas purchases, and also dave only charges the amount paid for p&p, so i got a nice refund in my paypal account.

i have met some wonderful, helpful people while purchasing my stamps this month ~with dave from rubbernecker, and jean and malcolm from crafty individuals.
