used another wonderful sketch over on SWEET SKETCH WEDNESDAY#74

CHARISMACARDZ#44 ~ WITH LOVE AT CHRISTMAS

PAPERPLAY#44 ~ CIRCLES

JUST MAGNOLIA #80 ~ ANYTHING GOES (optional beads ~didn`t use as posting this card over seas)

used papermania xmas papers, magnolia stamp, elyzybells word stamp, nestabilities circle dies and plenty of stickles glitters.

still getting used to the new computer ~take ages to get the pics from the camera to the folder..... but my son Aaaron is having more problems with his xbox live using the wireless router....... hey ho!!
well am running out of my water colour card ~does anyone know where i can buy some ~have got some from the paper mill shop , but just not thick enough for my water washes, just puckers up and the card rubs off and doing mad things to my painting..... now thinking should i take the promarkers route..... but i so love my painting... any ideas???
hope you are having a good sunday, think DH has the eye on the "big race"(F1) this afternoon ~don`t mind watching ~was going to do some crafting but this cough is driving me mad and keeping me awake at night!!

auhhhh, I just got the junk myself this morning. My co-workers had the cough all last week and they had to share it with me. I sure hope you feel better soon. Your card this week is lovely. I love how you use the water color paper and paints. It is beautiful. It give it such a nice texture. It is such a darling take on the sketch this week.
I love the copic makers better than the promakers. But I know there are alot of people out there that love their promarkers. I guess it is just what you get use to. Thanks for joining us and for your swweet comments on my blog.

Hi Nessie, Firstly thanks for your visits and comments you so regularly leave me, it is appreciated! Love the stamp too, it is sooo sweet, the card is beautiful! I don't know about watercolour paper as I don't really do much 'proper painting' but it might pay to give the paper mill a call to see if maybe there is a fault with the paper you bought from them? I bought some once from a different supplier, but it had like a sheeny film on it and just wouldn't work for me. Might be worth a try? x

Morning Nessy, love this card. I hope you are feeling better. Try promarkers, you will love them. I hardly do any water colouring now! S x

Hi Nessy! this Christmas card is adorable and your colouring is fabulous. I used to use a water colour paper that comes in a pad - The Langton Extra Smooth (Hot Pressed) by Daler Rowney. It is lovely and smooth so easy to stamp on and very thick at 140lb, and it comes in various sizes of pad. Now I'm seriously into colouring with my Copics my water colours are idle in a drawer!
hugs, annie x
