magnolia mothers day cards!!

well here i am day 6 of my blog!! hanging in there!!

as promised i did get my crafting things out -and YES i did some crafting! -mothers day cards!!

i had made these cards a few weeks ago , just need to do the insides and envelopes!!(as mothers day has crept up on me much to fast!!)

i made two small envelopes, with liners, and small cards in pink card using my quickutz revolution dies and printed out small inserts!! saying our mums had - a years subscriptions to their fave magazines!!

then got out my new studio G stamps, to decorate the inside of the cards and envelopes !! then added some glitter!!

the front of the cards used dovecraft glamour paper, party tilda-magnolia stamp, papermania adhesive stones, outline stickers says "happy mothersday" and stickles glitter!!

while lewis is at nursery today, i hope to stamp some more magnolias and paint them!! (with hot milky coffee latte and some tesco`s chocolate orange sticks(from the fridge)!! oooooooh heaven!!!-just for two hours!!!

thusday -more stamps!!

here we are day 5 on my blog!! yesterday my postman delivered more stamping goodies!! 4 packs of studio G stamps!!(ooooooh and a block)-thankyou "bee crafty"-didn`t order the block -very handy though for small stamps!! no more goodies due - only some more stamps my husband has ordered for mothers day -will arrrive next week hopefully!!

talking of mothers day must really get on and finish my mothers and mother-in-laws cards for sunday!!!! if i can i will try and do that today!! this blogging is taking up tooooooo much crafting time ( oh and house work time!!)

added my sisterhood list yesterday and some web-sites -seem some of the links aren`t working!! they will ahve to stay that way today -i need to craft!!!!

magnolias have arrived!!

as you can see my postman has delivered my new magnolias, early yesterday morning!!! three lovely padded envelopes!!

in the first pic is birch tree, party edwin, tilda with pencil, tilda with balloon, chilly tilda and xmas edwin!!!!

in pic two is autumn grass, toy dog, wizard edwin, cloudy heart , double heart, love letter, gifts and chocolate strawberry!! should keep me going for a while!!

also yesterday i added a cute teddy, on your right, to my blog (should be moving) but as you can see she is static!! still going to keep her!! there is a lot of ironing out to do on my blog -things aren`t quite how i want them - guess it`s learn as i go along!!

sisterhood 13 of the blogging stampers!!

here we are day 4 of my blog and i have joined the sisterhood of the blogging stampers!! no 13 -mmmmmmmm hope it`s lucky for me!!!! so welcome all group 13 to my blog (and anyone else popping in)!! we are in for a fun (sometimes bumpy ) ride!!!

now all i have to do is add your names under my stamp at the side !!! fran has e-mailed instructions!!!! do hope i can do it!!!

well here we are day three on my blog!!! thought i had better add some cards!!! here are two thankyou cards i have made as thankyou cards for people who sent lewis birthday money, last wednesday!!! using edwin (magnolia stamp) dove craft papers, quickutz rose and "thankyou" , and also my first set of large oval nestabilities!!!! (oooh and some glitter!!)

yesterday i added a slide show (located at the bottom of my blog) and changed my header -not quite right -but a start!!!!

secondly thank you to vicki (bestest friend) for her kind comments -as usual my rock, my shoulder, and my biggest fan!!!!LOL what would i do without you??? so today i have included the card vicki made for lewis`s 4th birthday (last week) -vicki is now stepping into the world of stamping!!!!

hopefully some more magnolia stamps will be finding their way to my house tomorrow!!! least the postman won`t be dragging his bag along the ground -as they weigh so little!!

i really must get down to some crafting!!!

well guess it`s time to see how i can add bits to this blog -maybe the heading needs some sorting out!!!??? think i need my husbands help with that!!
