peace on earth

well i thought i had shown all my christmas cards ~but ooooh no ~ found some pics of some cards i made for my mother to give to some friends!! the cards were in my stash ~no idea where they are from, used stampendous "peace on earth" stamp (heat embossed in gold, decoupaged the dove), quickutz photo corners, glitter handmade paper strip used stamin up scallop edged punch, ribbon from my stash

i hope you are now on top of your card amking and preparations for the big day which is so close now!! my two are so excited especially lewis (4)~ will we get any sleep christmas eve??

all wrapped up

well today i am showing my last christmas card ~at last!! (card for paul from the boys!!) used the fabby sketch over on friday sketchers ~really need to get a very large tag die (any ideas??)
used HOTP and basicgrey papers, sugarnellie ~pringle stamp, small tag punch, ribbon, gems ,brad and stickers from my stash ~i guess what ~NO glitter!!!
over on cute card thursday they have an "open theme" ~so i`m guessing this card will fit the challenge!!
cannot believe it is the weekend before xmas ~the boys have finished school now ~paul has to work sunday/monday/tuesday/wednesday ~and back boxing night ~yes royalmail keep working~you think they would give the workers more time, after such a busy time for them!!! still mustn`t complain ~he still has a job (at the moment)

magnolia christmas

well today i am showing my christmas card using the wonderful sketch on magnoliameetsstamavie challenge ~was a great sketch to work with and how i love my magnolia stamps!! so had great fun making this card. (have to say i took this pic at a strange angle trying to find the light)
used chilly tilda, fatherxmas and tilda with sledge magnolia stamps, nestabilities oval die, HOTP xmas paper, papermania sticker, ribbon, flower embellishments, and gems from my stash. finished with glitter ( need to click on pic to get detail)
well lewis is still home ~ had a bad night with him crying and wanting to be down stairs!! ~so both very tired today ~hope he is well enough to go back tomorrow for his last morning before xmas hols!!
really need to finish my cards now ~so i have time with the boys next week, hope you are seeing the end to your christmas card making list, byeee for now xx

a great surprise

well today i think this christmas card covers 5 challenges!! yes 5! used this fab sketch from saturday sketch, one stop crafts theme this week is buttons and bells, pennyblack challege this week was to~use 3 flowers, 2 papers and 1 ribbon, stamp something challenge was to use ~red/green/gold, and finally cute card was to use punches!! thinks i may have covered that with this card i have made.
used pennyblack stamp ~"a great surprise", quickutz poinsettia die, stamin` up scallop edge punch, papers, buttons, gems and ribbon from my stash, finished with a little glitter.
well have spent the day present wrapping ~and put away so little eyes don`t see!! really must get on with the rest of the family christmas cards ~time is running out!! hope you are on top of things!! byeeeeeeeeee for now xx

more frosty nights!

well today i am showing some xmas cards i have made using the wonderful sketch on friday sketchers ~ i made a few more of my "frosty nights" ATC`s that i showed yesterday for tilda and friends challenge, and made them into some much need extra xmas cards!!

used magnolia father christmas (with tree), cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder, quickutz stars and poinsettia dies, see d`s words and gems from my stash. finished with some glitter.

tilda under the stars

well today i`m showing more xmas cards ~as i have run out and pauls christmas card work list is getting longer so made these for his "extra" work cards. have made this card before, and had a few tildas painted ~so thought it was a good idea to use them up. over on the ABC challenge the theme this week is "underneath" ~so what better than tilda sat underneath the stars!!
used englishpaper company paper, magnolis bench and chilly tilda, quickutz stars and see d`s words, ribbon from my stash , finished with glitter.


well i started some more cards last night (as i said i have run out) but will be taking them apart and starting again today ~as not pleased with them at all!!! seem to have lost my mojo! so may not be around until later to pop on your blogs and say hi!!

well today i am showing another xmas card ,using the wonderful sketch on christmas and birthday card challenge, and thought this card would cover the challenge on SBS18 ~"snow"~seeing as my rabbits are sat on some glittery snow!!

flower power

well today i am showing a birthday card ~yes nice to leave the xmas stamps in the cupboard!! my mum ask me to make a card for her friend who has a birthday just after xmas, and who is in hospital after being in a terrible car crash a few months ago ~thought some bright colours is what was needed when your feeling low!!
used one of the sketches over on the scrapaddicts challenge for this challenge on highhopes wich the theme this week is "flower power".
used high hopes stamp aunt marges garden, see d`s wording ~paper, ribbon and embellishments from my stash ~finished with plenty of glitter!! (need to click on pic for detail)

pennyblack hearts

well today i am showing my card using the sketch on pennyblack challenge this week, also including the theme on cutecard thursday which is "heart".
used "royalmail" pennyblack stamp, HOTP paper, cuttlebug script embossing folder on red vellum, stampin`up word circle, quickutz photo corners and hearts, papermania xmas ribbon, finished with glitter.
still not feeling very well ,but will try and visit you all today!! byeeeeeeeeeeeee xx

T is for three .... tilda!

well today i am showing my card i made using the ATC i showed you yesterday. used the fab sketch on friday sketchers and followed the theme on ABC which this week is the letter T ~"T is for three" ~to used three of each item on your creation!! used three different papers from englishpaper company, 3 ribbons, 3 different colours, 3 sets of gems, and 3 layers for tilda and the wording!!... oh 3 baubles and 3 holly leaves!! .. oh can see more 3`s ..must stop now!! ha ha!!
well looks like i have caught the illness from lewis ~feeling terrible this morning, can now see why he was tearful last week if he felt like i do today!!

used tilda with lantern, englishpaper company paper , see d`s stamps, gems from my stash and then finished with some glitter.

cookie glitters

well today i am showing ... yes another christmas card using the great sketch on ismaki (42) and the theme is based on the challenge on housemouse which this week is "glitter/glitz". i`m afraid the glitter doesn`t show up, may have to click on the pic for a better look!!
i used housemouse stamp~christmas cookie eaters, colorbok paper, gold mirror card, quickutz circle and holly dies, cuddlybuddly circle words, papermania holly stickers, gems from my stash, finished with glitter.
tried many times to visit you all last night , but blogger was playing up and not letting me leave comments on many of the blogs~so gave up and decided to give myself some blisters , cutting out my new messy rabbit stamps and putting them onto ez mount!!

well at last a card that is not christmas, but a birthday card!!

used the fab sketch on magnolia vs stampavie, used tilda (standing fall) , englishpaper company paper, nestabilities , quickutz flowers, sticker wording and ribon from my stash. finished with some glitter.

hope our home will be back to normal very soon ~lewis is getting better ~while paul went back to work last night.

well today i am showing the card i made for the pennyblack challenge which this week is "no pattern paper" ~difficult that one ~but did it!!
used pennyblack stamp lighting up, cuttlebug christmas ornaments embossing folder on red/gold vellum, quickutz circle and photo corners, cuddlybuddly circle saying, papermania ribbons , finished with glitter.
still have lewis home poorly and paul off work with his back ~so sorry if am not visiting you all ~hope you understand!!( having to be the house nurse, etc etc, luckily my parents have had aaron to stay with them the last few days) byeeeeeeeeeeeee xx

xmas help

today i am showing yet another xmas card , this card is made using the sketch on stamp with sarahkay. have turned the image on it`s side to fit the card.
used "a little help from margot" sarah kay stamp, colorbok hollyberries paper, and some other paper, embellishments and gems from my stash.
well lewis is home poorly with a bad cough (so no xmas concert for him today) ~also have my husband home with very bad backache ~has been to the doctors today ~seems to think it maybe a kidney infection, not his reoccuring bad back!! so with both home i have very little time to blog or craft!!! heyho!! thats the way it goes sometimes!! byeeeeeeeeeeeeee xx

well today i am showing a christmas card using the fab sketch on this weeks fridays sketchers~have stretched it a bit to fit on this size card!! doesn`t tilda look cute in "lilac" ~well thats the challenge on cute card thursday this week. i have used the ATC i showed yesterday, englishpaper company xmas papers, cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder used on vellum and lilac card. ribbon, snowflakes and bow from my stash ~finished wih glitter.
cannot believe it`s the 1st of december ~our decs are up, tree sparkling ~now just need to finished making xmas cards , get them written and sent!! (so behind this year)
well tomorrow morning is lewis`s school xmas concert ~his first ever ~ not sure what part he is playing ~but have been hearing the songs being sung around the house for a few weeks now!! think some tissues in my pocket maybe a good idea!!??

well today i am showing my xmas card using the sketch from saturday on one stop craft, the theme for the card is"one for the boys" as on the SBS18 challenge this week.
used HOTP papers, stamin`up "loads of love" stamp sets, cuddly buddly circle wording, gems and ribbon from my stash ~finished with a little gel pen (no glitter for boys!!)

well today i`m showing another christmas card , using the fab sketch on just birthday and xmas card challenge, on housemouse this week the challenge is to use polka dots, on the ABC challenge this week~S is for snow

well yesterday paul (had a day off work) and myself went and had a day of xmas shopping ~ not much to show for 5 hours looking around the shops ~ but father christmas will be visiting this year!! almost there now ~just lots of christmas cards to make (may have to buy some at this rate!!) ~hope your getting ahead with all things christmas, byeeeeeeeeee xx

was hoping to get on with more xmas cards today , but lewis`s school is closed today as there has been a powercut!!! so doing mummy things instead!!!

baggy jumper

well i thought i had better get to show a card i have just finished, have not done any crafting or blogging for a few days ~been so busy out and about visiting family etc.
made this card using the fab sketch over on fridays sketchers, used messy rabbit~baggy jumper stamp (just so cute) and holly, used cuttlebug snowflake and distressed stripes embossing folders, quickutz holly die, papermania ribbon and vellum stickers, finished with a bit of glitter.

snowflakes!

today i am showing a christmas card following the fantastic sketch over on mojo monday, the theme on cute card thursday this week is "snow and snowflakes" , so have used an image sent to me from my friend jo (only joking)and on ABC the theme is ribbons ~have added two different ribbons to the card.
on this card i have used a pennyblack image, snowflake cuttlebug embossing folder, dovecraft snowflake paper, snowflake brads from my stash and studio g wording , finished with glitter.
